Stress Part 2
We lowered the price of our house 10K in hopes of "goosing" (as Scott puts it) someone in to making an offer. We had an Open House today, so we'll see. We have until 9 pm tomorrow night until our contingency runs out. We've asked for an extension of this contingency, but haven't heard back yet from the seller. ugh.
